Carved Spaces: Modern Home in Guadalmar

Single-family house located on a flat corner plot facing two streets. The proposal explores volumetric decomposition processes starting from pure prismatic forms. The hollowing out of the original volumes seeks to create material spaces. The functional program of the home is developed over two floors. The ground floor houses the daytime area, spatially connected to the garden through the porch. The first floor contains the nighttime area. Spatially, the two levels are unified through the double-height spaces of the living-dining room and the staircase area.
