Pure volumes that interact with the city and the Mediterranean light.

Apartment building located in Málaga. The project is structured around two textures and materials: concrete finished with a rough texture and smooth white surfaces. This duality shapes the geometry of the project, always serving its functionality. In the apartment design, the orientation has been optimized: the main rooms face South or East. In addition to their specific layouts, all apartments are designed with their own private outdoor space.
